TRAPO AG will present itself at Lounges2017 in Stuttgart with the top topic Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) and the live demonstrations of a show robot. The technology leader for modular conveyor technology, robot systems and automation offers a live performance in which humans and robots act safely side by side and together.
HRI is one of the future-oriented technologies. With large jointed-arm robots or portals, there is currently no market-ready solution. The configured robot palletizes/depalletizes when it converts blisters with special contents into the TRAPO take-away box. Visitors to the fair can control it specifically via a touch screen and thus load the TRAPO box individually.
At the TRAPO booth, the tasks of palletizing, depalletizing, packaging and handling with a multifunctional gripper, which handles products with very different requirements, will be shown live.
The core topics of TRAPO AG, based in Gescher-Hochmoor in Westphalia, Germany, are automation concepts for the clean room and pharmaceutical sectors that set new standards with safe robot handling of sensitive products.
