One year ago, the exclusive sales and service partnership between TRAPO AG and SWEMA was sealed at the Moscow Upakovka trade fair. At the current Upakovka packaging trade fair, which will take place from 22 to 24 January in Moscow, the partners will be jointly offering bundled expertise for the CIS market. With trend-setting solutions for the entire value-added chain, which specify filling competence, increase palletising efficiency and optimise security issues in the field of packaging.
Efficient and flexible filling and packaging concepts will be the focus of TRAPO AG's trade fair appearance at Upakovka 2017. On site, the SWEMA team around Managing Director Andrej Makschakow will market the competence along the process chain with the central, interdependent topics of filling, palletizing and load securing. The customers are offered a proven overall package – with regard to the required technology, but also with regard to planning, development, installation and after-sales service.
Proven technology – individual solutions
"We optimize your production processes sustainably", is how Volker Kugel wants to leverage potentials and increase efficiency on the customer side. As a logical consequence, he and his team are taking the decisive step towards becoming a complete supplier along the process chain: with TRAPO's proven palletizing and load securing expertise.
Bundled know-how: permanent network partners
At the beginning of the process chain, TRAPO AG offers established filling competence through partners: with bagging machines and filling systems for big bags. Proven system technology also guarantees quality control during the filling process: with state-of-the-art weighing, information and data processing systems and metal detectors.
Perfect palletizing and optimal load securing
TRAPO AG's palletizing systems are optimally adapted to different packages and load carriers, which vary in shape, dimensions and packaging properties. The robots and portals used are equipped with grippers tailor-made for the respective product.
TRAPO then uses various transport securing systems to optimally secure the load: for example with winders, hood stretchers and strappers.
