The best opportunity to get to know the internationally operating company and its products, to find out about career opportunities or to spend a nice day with the whole family having fun with children and having hearty barbecues.
Whether conveyor technology, robot systems or automation: The teams of TRAPO AG employees have special know-how to develop flexible, future-oriented production plants with a maximum of efficiency and to put them into operation at the customer.
An impressive success story began 60 years ago in Gescher-Hochmoor when the Offenbach sales employee Karl Stumpf made a business trip to Hochmoor in 1957. Over a cup of coffee, he receives an unusual offer: the site of the transfer station belonging to the disused peat factory, including tools, as well as 10 to 15 locksmiths and auxiliary locksmiths at a one-off price. Stump hits: In April he founds Karl Stumpf KG.
In the same year, Stumpf develops the all-side roller. Whereas previously conventional rollers could only transport objects in one direction, the all-side roller with its integrated rollers at right angles to the main axis enabled movement in any direction for the first time. Now even heavy granite slabs can be turned or moved freely on an all-side roller table.
In the future, it will be the safe dialogue between people and robots that determines everyday working life in production. Already today, assistance robots in production and logistics open up high automation potentials. They work precisely, flexibly, reliably and safely – hand in hand with people. Robots can handle the heaviest weights, avoid sources of error and thus make an important contribution to the humanization of workplaces.
Highest quality and precision in production are the key to TRAPO's success. AG. The intelligent components of the conveying and handling systems are manufactured exclusively in the factory buildings in Gescher-Hochmoor, Germany.
The success of the company depends directly on the qualification and motivation of each individual. The aim of TRAPO AG is to set the course at an early stage in order to find and promote committed, flexible, technically experienced competence teams. Use the open day to inform yourself on site and to visit the company. Unsolicited applications from service technicians and electricians for the TRAPO assembly team are always welcome.
