LogiMat 2026: Efficiency in Motion

Inbound to outbound. One seamless material flow.

What does a material flow look like that really runs continuously – from goods receipt to the shipping dock, from production output to truck loading?

TRAPO shows exactly this live at LogiMAT 2026: a seamlessly connected overall system of autonomous truck loading and unloading, intelligent conveyor technology, mobile robotics (AMR), and robot-based (de-)palletizing – centrally controlled and monitored via TRAPO Intelligent Management (TIM) as the digital backbone.

Your advantage: stable cycle performance, high system availability, and maximum transparency in production and warehousing – shift by shift.

What makes TRAPO different: System instead of isolated solutions

Automation “Made by TRAPO” is more than just assembling powerful individual components. The key is the symbiosis of automation and digital process intelligence:

  • Increase efficiency without making operations unnecessarily complex

  • Ensure quality through reliable processes

  • Create transparency through real-time status and key metrics

  • Relieve employees and enhance safety

  • Ensure continuous material flow – from dock to pallet to standardized production- or shipping-ready load units

What you can look forward to:

Experience live how state-of-the-art logistics technology works together perfectly:

Autonomous truck loading and unloading, intelligent conveyor technology, mobile robotics (AMR), and robot-based (de)palletizing work as a seamlessly integrated system—controlled and monitored by TRAPO Intelligent Management (TIM) as the digital backbone. The advantage for your company: stable cycle performance, high system availability, and full transparency in production and warehousing.

Autonomous loading and unloading with the TRAPO Loading System (TLS)

In the first process step at the trade fair, the proven TRAPO Loading System (TLS) takes center stage. The system fully automates the loading and unloading of complete pallet rows on a realistic dummy setup. Two pallet rows with three pallets each are precisely unloaded, accurately positioned, and then reloaded – optimized for cycle time and reliable.

Even here, the potential of modern automation becomes clear: an autonomous docking system significantly reduces downtime, increases dock safety, and ensures a noticeably faster material flow. The result: higher throughput, fewer risks, and maximum process stability from the start.

Conveyor technology as the connecting element

After loading and unloading, roller and chain conveyors, as well as lifting and transfer stations, handle the further transport of goods. They connect all process steps into a continuous line – from the dock via AMR to the robot cell.

Through the full integration of conveyor technology into TRAPO Intelligent Management, an intelligent overall process is created: all movements are synchronized, statuses are recorded in real-time, and transparently displayed. This forms the basis for predictable efficiency, maximum process reliability, and predictive maintenance – today and in the future.

Autonomous transport: AMRs as part of the overall system

In the third process phase, an OMRON AMR with TRAPO roller conveyor setup (“Hybrid Upper”) takes over autonomous transport between defined stations. The mobile robot system docks independently and handles the pallets in continuous cycle – without interrupting the material flow.

TRAPO thus demonstrates how modern intralogistics works today: mobile robotics as an integral part of the overall system, not as an isolated solution. Especially for variable processes or limited spaces, this concept opens new degrees of freedom – for maximum flexibility, scalability, and future-proofing.

Depalletizing and palletizing with reliable robotics

In the next step, TRAPO demonstrates how robot-assisted palletizing processes optimize material flow from handling to finished load units. A articulated-arm robot with specially designed gripper handles the repalletizing of E2 boxes.

Its tasks: depalletizing, parallel palletizing, and precise alignment – all synchronized and in continuous cycle. Thanks to sophisticated sensors and intelligent control logic, every step is controlled, safe, and highly efficient. This creates a process that maximizes throughput and minimizes downtime.

Tim vernetzt alle Komponenten der Gesamtlinie

Precise control, convenient monitoring, and maximum OEE transparency thanks to TIM

All components – from TLS to conveyor technology, AMR, and robots – are connected in the trade show application via TRAPO Intelligent Management. The smart software tool coordinates workflows, monitors processes, and collects real-time data.

The result: full transparency of metrics such as equipment availability (OEE), process statuses viewable at any time, and clearly identifiable optimization potential. This makes the entire material flow not only more efficient but also more predictable and future-proof.

We look forward to seeing you again in Stuttgart!
