Office Assistant incl. activities in shipping and accounting department and administrative activities for our sales manager


The office assistant will support in all relevant commercial topics and will have good insights into finances.

Specific functions and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Support in day-to-day operations of the employees on site
  • Handling the correspondence of the Sales Manager
  • Managing and monitoring the scheduling of appointments
  • Organization, preparing and following up on meetings, sessions and business trip for the executive
  • Carrying out research and data analyses to prepare for decisions


Support in accounting department:

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed asset accounting
  • Timely execution of payments
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including accruals and deferrals
  • Processing account clarifications

Support in accounting department:

  • Independent processing of shipping orders including customs clearance and all required documents
  • Invoicing
  • Picking, marking, labeling and securing shipments



The ideal candidate will have at minimum 3 years of previous experience in an equivalent position.

  • Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills who is “data driven”

  • Basic knowledge in accouting



Required – a commercial training with appropriate further training or a commercial bachelor/master degree.
